O Come all ye faithful!

Joyful and Triumphant!

O Come All Ye Faithful, Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem.
Come and behold Him, Born the King of Angels;
O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord.

Come, all the faithful! Come joyfully and triumphant to Bethlehem, to behold him the King of Angels, Christ the Lord. The birth of Jesus is a joyful and triumphant time for us, as we celebrate God’s most fantastic gift to us – his Son.

Sing Choirs of Angels! Sing in exultation,
Sing all ye citizens of Heaven above!
Glory to God in the highest!
O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord.

Christmas would be one of the few times that the general population gathers to sing. I’m really looking forward to moving to Melbourne next year – and one of the things I’d love to head along to is the Carols in the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, but I’ll be heading back to Perth for Christmas next year, but these events are a wonderful time, when everyone gets together to sing. This Christmas, get down to a Church service and have a really good Sing, glorifying God!
